About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key product area
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial partners
- Serve as a thought partner and informal mentor to other Product Managers
- Make and communicate high-judgment prioritization decisions
- Partner directly with senior product and cross-functional leadership to shape strategy
- Identify and address systemic gaps in process, tooling, or team practices
- Represent the Product team in executive and cross-functional forums
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including time at a fast-growing technology company
- Track record of owning complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strong product sense and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring or informally guiding less-experienced product managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fertility, family-building, or broader digital health benefits
- Experience partnering with Clinical or Legal teams on regulated or compliance-sensitive products
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product features or workflows
- Experience operating in a fully distributed, remote-first organization
