Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for claims automation, including data extraction, enrichment, and adjudication
- Define AI/ML applications within the claims pipeline and design human-in-the-loop workflows
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship high-impact improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with processing systems, workflows, and automation
- Demonstrated experience taking AI products from concept through launch
- Deep understanding of AI agents and agentic architectures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in claims processing, health insurance, or regulated financial-transaction domains
- Startup 0-to-1 builder experience
- Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis
