Lead Product Manager, Claims Automation

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for claims automation, including data extraction, enrichment, and adjudication
• Define AI/ML applications within the claims pipeline and design human-in-the-loop workflows
• Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship high-impact improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with processing systems, workflows, and automation
• Demonstrated experience taking AI products from concept through launch
• Deep understanding of AI agents and agentic architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in claims processing, health insurance, or regulated financial-transaction domains
• Startup 0-to-1 builder experience
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis
