Lead UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements to create intuitive and scalable experiences
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope and prioritize tasks
• Translate business goals into user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models
• Develop UX patterns and design foundations to improve consistency
• Facilitate alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams through workshops
• Leverage CMS experience, specifically WordPress, to design within content models and templates

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and leading UX work
• Experience with complex web and mobile experiences
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (WordPress strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of shipping polished UX that improves usability and engagement
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
