About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with regional bank partners
- Own the business P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CXO-level stakeholders at partner banks
- Lead negotiations, contract finalizations, and account management initiatives
- Collaborate with the Collections Tech team to leverage the YuCOS platform for operational efficiency
- Oversee daily collections operations ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence
- Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and inform continuous improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Technology to optimize processes
Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA
- 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in debt collections or financial services
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing P&L
- Experience in new client acquisition and key account management with executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with leveraging technology to enhance collections processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
