Leader - Proposals

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal activities for must-win pursuits from capture planning through post-tender clarification
• Manage and assemble proposal submissions including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and PQQs
• Author proposal sections including cover letters and executive summaries
• Develop marketing support materials and qualification packages
• Lead internal approval processes with executive leadership
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to align strategies with business objectives
• Maintain a repository of proposal content and templates
• Support regional business growth through market intelligence and competitor analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in proposal or pursuit management
• Proven experience leading and mentoring proposal teams
• Prior experience within an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) organization
• Demonstrated success in managing proposals across sectors like healthcare, aviation, or infrastructure
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
