Leader, Systems Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Solution Engineering team
• Define and drive architecture vision across AI, GenAI, software, SP mobility and data center solutions
• Engage customers and partners to develop scalable solutions using Cisco's portfolio
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering to align solutions with market needs
• Drive technical enablement and thought leadership across the Middle East

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering or related technical field
• Proven leadership in Solution Engineering or Technical Leadership
• Strong architectural vision in AI, GenAI, mobility, software and data center solutions
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade solutions
• Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership and industry certifications
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Telecom Middle East and Africa region
• Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking and automation
• Fluency in French
