Learning and Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and structure it into effective learning content
• Own the learning strategy for NIO initiatives, selecting formats such as live training, self-paced modules, and job aids
• Develop and produce onboarding materials, educational modules, reference guides, and facilitator guides
• Lead live training sessions virtually or in-person for franchise owners and office staff
• Manage content on the Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborate with vendors
• Measure training effectiveness through knowledge assessments and behavioral adoption metrics
• Manage learning workstreams as projects with defined scopes, timelines, and milestones
• Support broader NIO initiatives including pilot coordination and change management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in instructional design, education, or organizational development
• Experience in healthcare, franchising, or multi-unit operations
