Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the care team training program end to end, from strategy through delivery and improvement
• Track how each new hire is ramping and identify who is on track and where gaps are
• Use quality audits, performance data, and manager feedback to find and close training gaps
• Keep training current as treatments, services, and workflows change
• Work with Pharmacy Ops, Clinical, and QA to keep content accurate
• Make sure training is ready to run when the business needs a class

Requirements

• Record of owning a program end to end
• Experience designing and running training for a high-volume support or care team
• Experience using performance or quality data to measure training effectiveness
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Patience and professionalism with challenging situations
• Strong organization and multi-project management
• Familiarity with learning management systems and training tools

• Healthcare or telemedicine experience
