Learning Architect

Responsibilities

• Translate design blueprints and source material into learning modules, slide decks and training packages
• Create visually appealing content presenting complex information clearly
• Adapt content for virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom or Teams
• Write facilitator guides with talk tracks, timing cues and transition notes
• Embed instructions to help facilitators manage group discussions
• Structure content and interactive elements to maximize learner participation
• Develop participant workbooks, handouts and extension activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or related field
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, document tools, CMS and LMS systems
• Ability to adapt writing to a warm, empathetic, conversational brand voice
• User-centric mindset designing for learner needs and environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and remote instruction
• Basic understanding of ADDIE, SAM or adult learning theory
• Use of AI tools to optimize design workflows and content quality

Benefits

• Total target base compensation of $42.00 per hour, with pay individualized by location and experience
