Learning Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, learner-centred experiences aligned to outcomes and learner needs
• Develop lessons, projects, assessments, and activities using instructional design principles
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate expertise into structured learning content
• Experiment with new tools and formats including AI and interactive media
• Support course deployment and conduct quality assurance checks on LMS content
• Use learner feedback and analytics to refine and improve learning experiences
• Apply HTML/CSS for minor course edits and updates on learning platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Practical exposure to online, blended, or technology-enabled learning
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Proficiency with instructional design tools and digital learning platforms
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning effectiveness
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to user-centred design
• Experience with education technology
• Creative storytelling skills
