🎯 Your main goal will be to lead the development, planning, and execution of Paradox's cutting-edge audiovisual productions, ensuring alignment with our mission of empowering individuals through transformative e-learning experiences.

To do so, here are your three main responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Development and Execution of Audiovisual Productions
  • Drive the development, planning, and execution of Paradox's audiovisual productions to ensure alignment with our mission of empowering individuals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and coordinate the production team for seamless workflow.
  • Provide expert support during filming, actively listening, directing, and supporting expert's speech to ensure they have an outstanding experience and perform at their best.
  1. Simplify Complex Content for Enhanced Learning Experiences
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging e-learning courses by leveraging your expertise in script production and development.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to distill knowledge into digestible formats, incorporating scientific insights, metaphors, and paradoxes.
  • Enhance the learning experience for users through creative problem-solving and innovative content solutions.
  1. Drive Innovation and Collaboration
  • Generate new ideas and propose creative solutions to enhance content offerings, collaborating with teachers and the production team.
  • Proactively address production contingencies by troubleshooting and implementing effective solutions.
  • Foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment where teamwork thrives, contributing to Paradox's ambitious goals in the personal development industry.

Experience

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in script production and development (non-fiction).
  • You have experience working on documentaries, reports, and interviews.

Personality

  • You are interested in online teaching and human psychology
  • You are an excellent communicator.
  • You have unquestionable judgment and you have an innate interest in visual communication.
  • You are creative and like to propose ideas to the teachers and the production team, as well as to solve production contingencies.

Language

French: Native/Bilingual

English: Fluent
