About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead diverse training programs, including new hire onboarding, upskilling, and refresher courses
- Design, update, and refine training materials such as presentations, quizzes, and job aids
- Provide targeted coaching and feedback to address performance gaps
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Serve as an interim manager for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or human resources (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of three years in a training role
- Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training
- Experience creating multimedia training materials like PowerPoint and job aids
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and remote training solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience with virtual conference applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning and e-Learning principles
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Strong coaching skills and emotional intelligence
