Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend contracts, addenda, agreements, protocols, and other legal documents
- Prepare legal documents, resolutions, internal policies, and other company regulations
- Conduct legal analysis of current UAE legislation and regulatory initiatives
- Handle annual KYC procedures, license renewals, and related compliance processes
- Communicate with UAE governmental and regulatory bodies
- Manage document legalization processes with government authorities
- Provide legal advice and consultation to company employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- Strong knowledge of UAE legislation and local regulatory practices
- Proven experience in legal drafting, compliance, and government liaison
- Excellent analytical and legal research skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
