Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and amend contracts, addenda, agreements, protocols, and other legal documents
  • Prepare legal documents, resolutions, internal policies, and other company regulations
  • Conduct legal analysis of current UAE legislation and regulatory initiatives
  • Handle annual KYC procedures, license renewals, and related compliance processes
  • Communicate with UAE governmental and regulatory bodies
  • Manage document legalization processes with government authorities
  • Provide legal advice and consultation to company employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • Strong knowledge of UAE legislation and local regulatory practices
  • Proven experience in legal drafting, compliance, and government liaison
  • Excellent analytical and legal research skills
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
