About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review first drafts of NDAs, simple vendor agreements, and standard-form documents
- Maintain legal file structures, agreement trackers, and monitor upcoming renewals and filing dates
- Research assigned contract, corporate, or regulatory questions and provide sourced summaries for Counsel
- Log and triage incoming legal requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a legal, paralegal, compliance, or corporate administrative role
- Working knowledge of routine commercial contracts and corporate documentation
- Strong legal drafting and written communication skills in English
- Ability to research and summarize legal or regulatory questions clearly with accurate sourcing
- Proficiency with Google Drive or comparable document management systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms
- Exposure to compliance or cross-border regulatory work
- Familiarity with the prop trading industry
