Responsibilities
- Review and refine deposition transcripts for grammar, formatting, and legal accuracy
- Ensure strict adherence to company style guidelines and industry standards
- Interact clearly and effectively with internal teams
- Uphold confidentiality and deliver polished work reliably and on time
Requirements
- Seasoned legal scopist or experienced legal transcription editor
- Well-versed in legal terminology, formatting, and style standards
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Comfortable and organized in a 1099 independent contractor role
- Familiarity with AI transcription platforms is a strong bonus
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and quality headphones required
