About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales demos of all platforms including Digital Financing, Credit Marketplace, Mortgage, Supply Chain Finance, AI, Collections and Accumn to lenders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure demos are tailored to lender needs
- Provide commercial support to lead to close agreements with lenders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at lender organizations
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing lenders
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing lenders
- Improve the lender experience and satisfaction
Requirements
- MBA/Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, fintech, SaaS, or banking technology solutions in UAE/GCC
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Supply Chain Finance, Digital Lending, Securitisation, or Collect Tech platforms is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract signing and implementation
- Experience in stakeholder management, solution consulting, and fintech implementation
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Team player with strong ownership and action orientation
