About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week for children, adolescents, and young adults
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including PMHNPs and psychiatrists
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in EHR
- Support families through education and coordinated care
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma independent license (LPC, LCSW)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
