Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
• Deliver exceptional client care using evidence-based modalities
• Manage client caseloads within a neurodiversity-affirming framework

Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Proficiency with virtual care platforms like Zoom, EHR, and Slack
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous telehealth experience
