Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance, and are growing rapidly to provide affirming, accessible care to traditionally underserved populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Deliver exceptional client care using evidence-based modalities
- Manage client caseloads within a neurodiversity-affirming framework
Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Proficiency with virtual care platforms like Zoom, EHR, and Slack
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous telehealth experience
