Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) - CA/PA/TX/FL (1099, Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, short-term therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing) to older adults
• Partner with patients to build sustainable routines around stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activity, and weight loss
• Use EMR for documenting patient information and communicating to other health care providers
• Partner with care coordinators, health coaches, and other clinicians to develop personalized care plans

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in CA, TX, FL, or PA
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• 1+ years of telehealth experience with high proficiency with EMRs and communication tools
• Prior experience working with older adults (65+) or in geriatric health, chronic disease management, or lifestyle/preventative medicine
• Excellent communication skills and an empathy-driven clinical approach
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
