About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing licensee relationships in Israel
- Identify and secure new licensing partners and retail accounts
- Develop commercial proposals and lead negotiations for deals and renewals
- Own the Israel territory forecast and commercial pipeline
- Support MENA sales with business cases, pitches and retail visits
- Support location-based entertainment prospecting across MENA
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development or account management
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to Israel and the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Israeli market and retail landscape
- Hebrew language skills
- Experience in licensing, retail or consumer products
