About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain assigned licensing queue for completeness and accuracy
- Quality check license applications and primary source verifications
- Initiate and manage primary source verifications
- Monitor and resolve deficiencies, including board communication
- Communicate status and requirements to providers and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate licensure
- Manage mailing and application submission processes
- Monitor files for timely completion of outstanding requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Behavioral Health, Nursing, and Physician license types
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced remote environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-state licensing experience
- Familiarity with IMLC or NLC
- Experience with DocHub, Slack, and startup environments
