Life Sciences Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source and develop relationships with life science consultants through networking, cold/warm calling, and referrals
• Utilize internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and recruit consultants
• Develop technical expertise in sectors such as Validation, SAS Programming, Clinical Operations, and Clinical Data Management
• Manage candidates through the entire recruiting life cycle including submittal, interview preparation, and onboarding
• Maintain strong Gross Profit margins through skilled negotiations
• Partner with sales teams to qualify requisitions and deliver consultants to clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of agency or CRO recruitment experience within the life sciences industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven background in agency recruiting specifically within life sciences
• Expertise in search techniques using multiple recruiting sources
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
