About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and develop relationships with life science consultants through networking, cold/warm calling, and referrals
- Utilize internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and recruit consultants
- Develop technical expertise in sectors such as Validation, SAS Programming, Clinical Operations, and Clinical Data Management
- Manage candidates through the entire recruiting life cycle including submittal, interview preparation, and onboarding
- Maintain strong Gross Profit margins through skilled negotiations
- Partner with sales teams to qualify requisitions and deliver consultants to clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of agency or CRO recruitment experience within the life sciences industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven background in agency recruiting specifically within life sciences
- Expertise in search techniques using multiple recruiting sources
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
