About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize target listed companies, with a focus on small-cap names
- Build relationships with company leadership, CFOs, IR teams and advisors
- Pitch the value of listing on Orderly to listed companies
- Drive the listing process end to end, from first contact to go-live
- Work with listed partners on post-listing community activation and trading volume
- Track pipeline and conversion, and report progress against listing targets
Requirements
- Established network among listed companies built through ECM, corporate finance, IR or exchange listings
- Track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal
- Strong pitching and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers
- Fluent English
- Self-driven and results-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Listing or BD experience at an exchange, depositary receipts bank, RWA or STO platform
- Background in a boutique investment bank, small-cap market maker or IR advisory
- Network covering US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong or Korea markets
- Basic understanding of crypto, DEXs and tokenized assets
