About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle a queue of loan applications ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding loan applications
- Initiate outbound calls to verify details and request additional information
- Resolve customer issues via phone, email, or fax
- Maintain accurate and meticulous customer account updates
Requirements
- Background in fast-paced customer service environments
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with new technology and remote work environments
