About the role
Responsibilities
- Take calls and provide initial advice and case updates to B2B partners in Italian and English
- Manage incoming tickets, escalations and booking modifications and relocations
- Coordinate with other departments to keep workflows smooth
- Balance partner and account manager expectations
- Accurately document all work and partner interactions in the CRM
Requirements
- Advanced level of Italian and English, spoken and written
- Proactive, empathetic and calm under pressure
- Quick learner of new tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Spanish, Greek, Romanian, Serbian or other languages
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs or tour operators
