Responsibilities

• Edit raw interview recordings into polished long-form videos for YouTube
• Create motion graphics including lower-third animations and supporting visuals
• Perform color correction, audio mixing, and sound design to uphold quality standards
• Maintain consistent visual style while staying current with platform trends
• Optimize edits for audience retention through engaging intros and tight pacing
• Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience editing for YouTube or social media
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Expert understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and sound effects
• Strong understanding of motion graphics workflows and design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in AI, technology, and digital media

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation
