About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems
- Dispatch emergency situations to appropriate personnel and record incidents
- Assist guests or employees during emergency situations
- Administer first aid and CPR as required
- Conduct investigations regarding theft, fraud, lost items, and guest complaints
- Maintain confidentiality of all Security and Loss Prevention reports
- Protect company assets and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain professional communication and positive working relationships
Requirements
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently
- Ability to move through narrow or elevated spaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college education
