About the role
Responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarm and fire life safety systems
- Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required
- Defuse guest and employee disturbances and escort unwelcome persons from the property
- Complete incident reports and daily loss prevention shift summaries
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Clear, professional communication and accurate written documentation
