About the role
Responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms
- Conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR if required
- Assist management in training and coaching employees
- Defuse disturbances and resolve safety hazards
- Maintain confidentiality of reports and documents
- Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
- Handle guest complaints and interruptions
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to move through narrow or elevated spaces and lift up to 50 pounds
