About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage your own customer base
- Proactively call your book to perform mid-year and renewal check ins
- Handle Inbound and outbound calls from customers expressing desire to cancel
- Spot potential upsell opportunities
- Achieve persistency and other KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Identify potential process improvements
Requirements
- Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
- Strong objection handling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic system navigation and Microsoft application skills
- Proven track record in telemarketing
- 1-2 years experience in health industry, insurance, or outbound sales
