Luxury Travel Consultant - Arabic & English speaking | Overnight

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours
• Advise customers via phone and email in Arabic and English
• Process end-to-end requests including travel arrangements, restaurant and club reservations, and event tickets
• Prepare tailor-made travel offers, detailed itineraries, and manage visa applications
• Proactively inform customers about exclusive promotions and curated events

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (C2 level)
• Tertiary qualification, ideally in tourism
• Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operation, or luxury concierge/hospitality
• Excellent global destination knowledge
• Proficiency in a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Worldspan
• Availability for permanent night shifts (20:00 - 10:00 Dubai time)
