About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for premium customers during overnight hours
- Advise customers via phone and email in Arabic and English
- Process end-to-end requests including travel arrangements, restaurant and club reservations, and event tickets
- Prepare tailor-made travel offers, detailed itineraries, and manage visa applications
- Proactively inform customers about exclusive promotions and curated events
Requirements
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English (C2 level)
- Tertiary qualification, ideally in tourism
- Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operation, or luxury concierge/hospitality
- Excellent global destination knowledge
- Proficiency in a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Worldspan
- Availability for permanent night shifts (20:00 - 10:00 Dubai time)
