About the role
Responsibilities
- Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics
- Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models
- Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companies
Requirements
- Top tier business or engineering school
- Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects
- Proficiency in Office Suite and professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic)
- Required regional or UAE experience
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Arabic is a plus
