About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing data and identifying root causes
- Read and debug source code to develop solutions and collaborate with product development teams for fixes
- Create tools to automate key processes
- Assist product users, Operations, and Business teams via meetings, phone, email, and chat
- Support clearing business, including CCP connectivity and client reporting
Requirements
- Proficiency in writing and debugging COBOL
- Experience with DB2, SQL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM
- Experience working with IBM MQ and SDLC on mainframe
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle issues from multiple customers simultaneously
- Business acumen regarding global markets and financial products
- Advanced English language proficiency
