About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks
- Automate manual processes and configure SFTP users and folder structures
- Troubleshoot SFTP and HL7 connection issues
- Train end users on SFTP and Secure Forms
- Analyze files, logs and data using basic SQL queries
- Follow up with clients on live and test data
Requirements
- Experience with SQL queries for data analysis
- Knowledge of HL7, EDI X12, image and Excel file structures
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- GoAnywhere experience
