About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing professional services for customers live with Veeva's commercial and medical content management solutions (Vault PromoMats & Vault Medical)
- Support customer business vision and customer success
- Participate in internal events and select travel opportunities
Requirements
- Passion for helping customers achieve their business vision
- Experience with commercial and medical content management solutions
- Ability to work in a remote, non-travel role
