Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the UAE Head of Public Affairs in executing internal and external communication plans to advance Wealth Citigold business objectives
• Coordinate media engagements for executives, including press releases and interviews in Arabic and English
• Plan and execute social media strategies for the UAE Wealth Head and key business representatives
• Assist senior leadership with external speaking opportunities and coordinate branding for corporate events and sponsorships
• Draft internal newsletters, update intranet content, and coordinate town halls and employee engagement initiatives
• Participate in the execution of community investment programs, sustainability initiatives, and volunteering activities
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk management, and budget tracking procedures

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Ability to coordinate communications and media engagements in both Arabic and English
• Strong organizational skills for event coordination and branding
• Ability to adhere to strict governance and risk & controls implementation requirements
