About the role
Responsibilities
- Structure and lead complex projects, working directly with a Managing Director
- Lead complex analytical programmes and generate insight-driven recommendations
- Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through to refinement and validation
- Lead case teams, including workload planning, delegation, coaching, and development of junior colleagues
- Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Lead client presentations and workshops to communicate complex ideas effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related advisory environment
- Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements and major strategic programmes
- Proven track record of leading consulting teams and delivering high-quality client outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience developing and managing senior client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching and developing junior colleagues
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting business development activities, including proposal development and thought leadership
- Experience working with public sector or sovereign-linked organisations
- Additional language capabilities at business communication level
