Management Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead smaller projects or significant workstreams within complex engagements
• Lead complex research and analysis programmes and produce high quality written deliverables
• Develop evidence-based recommendations from initial hypothesis through to validation
• Lead case teams on a day-to-day basis, including workload planning and coaching junior colleagues
• Support Directors and Managing Directors in Business Development, including drafting proposals and attending pitches
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and manage day-to-day communications
• Lead client presentations and workshops to communicate complex ideas effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and people development experience
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic
• Experience working with public sector, government, or sovereign-linked organisations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to problem-solving
• Exposure to a variety of sectors or industries
