Management Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, workshops, and seminars in management and business disciplines
• Administer and assess examinations, quizzes, assignments, and projects
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to students
• Maintain regular consultation hours and provide academic guidance and mentoring
• Coordinate internships, industry placements, and experiential learning activities
• Maintain an active research and scholarly agenda relevant to the discipline
• Promote research collaboration across Curtin global campus and external partners
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry and community organizations

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience at Undergraduate and Post Graduate levels
• Active research portfolio complying with AACSB requirements
• Track record of publications in reputable journals (preferably ABDC indexed)
• Experience working with a diverse range of students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
