Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month structured leadership development program
- Work closely with senior leaders and global clients
- Gain business insights and managerial experience across diverse portfolio departments
- Deliver results within assigned functional areas
Requirements
- UAE National holding a Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
- 0–1 years of professional experience
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in one of the following areas: Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Engineering, Event Management, or Real Estate
