About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Accounts Receivable team within shared services accounting
- Oversee credit, customer onboarding, order processing and invoicing
- Manage cash collections, cash application and bad debt
- Ensure compliance with business unit service level agreements
- Develop, distribute and monitor KPIs
- Drive continuous process improvement and customer service excellence
- Support month-end accounting activities
- Partner with Financial Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Wholesale Sales and Retail Operations
