About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage integrated brand and campaign initiatives from briefing through execution
- Ensure consistent application of Mashreq brand standards across touchpoints
- Review brand executions and guide stakeholders and agencies on quality
- Coordinate with Product, Digital, Media, PR and other teams on delivery
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines and deliverables
- Support localization and cross-market campaigns with Brand and Marketing teams
- Monitor campaign budgets and drive cost efficiency with Finance and Procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Experience in brand management, integrated campaigns or marketing
- Experience managing creative and production agencies
- Experience managing campaign budgets and multi-channel executions
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Good commercial and budget awareness
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking, financial services or major consumer brand background
