Manager, Business Development - Digital Giant Segment

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage key strategic clients within the Digital Giant segment across EEMEA markets
• Develop sales and commercial strategies, including pipeline management and go-to-market plans
• Drive revenue growth through deal commercialization, acceptance, and value-added services (VAS)
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and lead responses to RFPs
• Establish and maintain senior business relationships and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Lead negotiations with partners and internal stakeholders to develop term sheets and contracts
• Represent Mastercard in strategic partnership programs and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Expert knowledge of payments, data processing concepts, and financial industry operations
• Significant experience in sales and business development within the regional marketplace
• Strong expertise in deal commercialization and P&L management
• Ability to develop financial models and business cases for identified opportunities
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills for multicultural environments
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
