About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end cost allocation process for FAB UAE enablement functions
- Prepare monthly MI reports and variance analysis for support divisions
- Monitor cost allocation financial performance against budget and report variances to management
- Identify risks and opportunities and advise management on decisions
- Lead and provide on-the-job training for junior colleagues
- Assist in the budget process and budget template setup
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA) or master's level qualification
- Relevant banking sector experience with at least 10 years in progressively senior finance roles
- Experience leading and motivating a finance team
- Strong stakeholder management with senior management
