About the role
Responsibilities
- Originate, structure and execute DCM transactions with WBG and FI clients
- Build financial models, valuations and credit metrics from multiple data sources
- Lead deals through pitching, pricing, due diligence, documentation, syndication and closing
- Prepare pitch books, teasers, information memorandums and management presentations
- Coordinate with Sharia and credit teams to resolve structural and approval issues
- Manage investor syndication, Bloomberg deal updates and distribution database
- Maintain pipeline reports and ensure audit and compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- 3-5 years in corporate finance, M&A, advisory or private equity
- Financial modeling and capital raising experience
- Advanced spreadsheet, presentation and Bloomberg proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, CA, MBA or equivalent
- Experience in the UAE or GCC at a leading bank
