About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global total rewards framework to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with AD Ports Group's strategy
- Manage external HR advisory firms for benchmarking and designing competitive compensation structures
- Oversee compensation cycle management, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and incentive planning
- Advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Establish and lead the Group's global compensation and benefits philosophy, strategies, and programs
What we look for
- Experience leading global total rewards frameworks
- Experience managing external HR advisory firms
- Expertise in compensation cycle management
- Ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy
