About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide compliance support to business and enablement units as requested by the VP Compliance
- Serve as first point of contact for Global Private Banking compliance requirements and queries
- Support annual compliance risk assessment and compliance-owned regulatory reporting
- Educate employees through regular compliance training and awareness sessions
- Advise on rollout of Group-wide compliance policies and procedures
- Investigate potential breaches of law, regulation or policy and escalate material matters
- Represent Compliance at governance meetings and review new business and product projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Banking or Finance
- Minimum 5 years' experience at a reputed bank
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a private banking related role
- Preferred certification in compliance, AML/CFT, financial crime or risk management
